End Birthright Citizenship Now!

Birthright citizenship is the term describing our government’s policy that gives babies born in the U.S. instant citizenship — even if their parents are not citizens, even if they are from a hostile country! Currently, tens of thousands of pregnant women cross our borders annually to get free prenatal care; free maternity care; instant citizenship for their babies; and the right to remain in the U.S. indefinitely! And this is going on while American families cannot afford to have children! The rewards consist of instant citizenship for their babies and a lifetime of welfare for their mothers and, eventually, all

14 States take on Birthright Citizenship

Arizona state politicians have introducd model legislation this week to encourage states to prevent children of illegal immigrants from being granted citizenship under the 14th Amendment. Lawmakers in at least 14 states have said they are committed to passing the legislation targeting birthright citizenship. Arizona’s anti-illegal-immigrant bill, SB-1070, was also based on model legislation that could be easily copied by states, and at least seven states are likely to pass bills similar to the first Arizona immigration overhaul this year, according to one analysis by an immigrants rights group. Arizona state Senator Russell Pearce will unveil the bill Jan. 5 in

14th Amendment Debate "Red Herring" Politics

Why is pro-amnesty Senator Lindsay Graham suddenly pushing to rewrite the 14th amendment to end instant citizenship for the 600-800,000 illegal aliens babies born the USA annually!   For the record, this is not a new issue.  Looking into our own archives, we found a 2004 article documenting that 300,000 illegal alien babies were being granted citizenship each year back then! Over the past 20 years, U.S. Border Control worked with a small but courageous group of Congressmen who managed to introduce and support legislation and Constitutional Amendments to restore this flaw in our nation’s immigration policy to what the authors of the 14th Amendment had intended.  And year

Environmentalists! It's Time to Get Real

The Ranking Members of Natural Resources, Judiciary, Parks & Public lands and Homeland Security, have introduced legislation to allow the Border Patrol to enter public lands, which have become safe havens for drug smugglers, illegal aliens and, possibly, terrorists.  The bill, H.R.5016, specifically instructs the Departments of Agriculture and Interior to no longer “impede, prohibit, or restrict activities of the Secretary of Homeland Security on public lands.” What’s this all about?  It’s about the environmentailists and environmental organizations who are, once again, on the wrong side of an issue that has had devastating effects on America’s national forests and wildlife refuges.  Illegal
