U.S. Border Control

In Houston, 20% of defendants in criminal courts are criminal illegal aliens

Your analysis of illegal immigration is brilliant and right-on. As a Criminal District Court Judge and practicing lawyer in Texas for 40 years I've seen the corrosion of our criminal justice system on the Mexican Border because of the invasion of drugs and criminal illegal aliens. Border counties cannot afford the war on drugs and crime and the hospitals are bankrupt because of medical treatment of illegals and delivering their "anchor children".

I'm from Houston and as a senior-retired judge presided in criminal courts from Brownsville to El Paso for three years and some counties do not have funding to build jails, hire law enforcement and prosecutors to counter the crime that is coming across the border. In Houston roughly 20% of the defendants in the criminal courts are "endocumentados," a euphemism for criminal illegal aliens.

You hit the nail on the head, George Bush is responsible and he sold American a bill of goods with his distractions such as same- sex marriages, stem-cell research and abortion. The American people, unfortunately, are very gullible! No one wants to hold the president responsible. What happen to "the buck stops here"?

Good luck and continue the good fight!
