U.S. Border Control

Illegals Bringing TB & Leprosy Across The Border?

July 25, 2001

While listening to the Tom Kamb show on KLIF this afternoon, he brought up the fact that illegal Mexican aliens are utilizing our free hospitals, funded by legal tax paying citizens. They are also bringing across the border alarming rates of TB and Leprosy.

Case in point is El Paso County, which has one of the highest TB and Leprosy rates in the state of Texas, with one of the highest populations of illegal Mexican aliens.

Why should we, the honest tax paying citizens of this United States, have to pay for those who cross our border illegally? There are many in the US who would like for us to disregard that illegals are breaking the law.

They would prefer to have cheap labor and porous borders than higher cost of produce. Many feel we need to totally close our borders for two years just to see if it could be done and what the results would be to our economy.

The President and many of his conservatives would like to give amnesty to over three million illegal Mexican aliens. There are those in our society who would like for you to forget that it takes almost $10 million tax dollars in Arizona, to arrest the nearly 8,000 illegal Mexican aliens that cross the US border into Arizona.

There are those who would prefer the illegal Mexicans aliens to take jobs that welfare leeches do not care to take, who basically don't wish to lower themselves to work in the fields.

I put to you that there are too many individuals in this country who are weak and just want to white wash the problems at our border. They
stick their heads in the political sand and forget about the fact that 80% of the drug trade crosses the US/Mexican border.

They need to control our borders as if we were at war... and don't believe that we are not at war...the enemy is the drug cartels that provide illegal drugs to our children, who weaken us from the inside, within our families. It's time to wake up ladies and gentlemen...it's time to attack the problem and stem the tide of illegal aliens who cross our borders and weaken our economy.
