Illegal aliens are preying upon our children
Contrary to what President Bush claims, family values do stop at the Rio Grande for many illegal aliens. In fact since 1999, there have been more than 1,000,000 sex crimes committed in the United States by illegal aliens.
In addition to suppressing wages, driving drunk, bankrupting our hospitals, and over-crowding our jails and public schools, illegal aliens are preying upon our children. Using U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration, as well as state and local law enforcement data, the Violent Crimes Institute has determined that there are no less than 240,000 illegal alien sex offenders currently inside the U.S.
In Operation Predator sweeps conducted since July 2003 across this country, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents nabbed over 8,500 foreign national child molesters and rapists. Many of these predators had been previously convicted of other crimes, and many had already been deported once.
In a recent 30 day period, 25 child sexual assaults were commited in the U.S. by illegal aliens. The crimes were:
- July 20, 2007, Tulsa, Oklahoma
Charged: Daniel P. Ramirez, 39 was charged with sexual battery. His victim was a 16 year old boy.
- July 21, 2007, Village of Monroe, New York. Armando Sierra, 22 was charged with statutory rape of a 14 year old girl.
- July 27, 2007, Alto, Texas. Eleazar Posadas, 49 was charged with indecent contact with a child, a 7 year old girl.
- July 28, 2007, Milwaukee, Oregon - Charged: Alejandro Emetrio “Alex” Rivera Gamboa, 24, and Gilberto Javier Arellano-Gamboa, 23. The charges were rape and murder, the victim: A 15-year-old Texas boy.
- July 28, 2007, Tacoma, Washington. Terapon Adhahn, 42 was charged with rape, kidnapping, and murder of a 12-year-old girl.
- July 30, 2007, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Jesus G. “Egg” Garay-Barrientos, 18 was charged with aggravated sexual battery and rape of a 6 year old girl.
- August 6, 2007, Trenton, N.J. - Charged: Jose Carranza, 28. Charges were child rape. Carranza was later charged with the murder of six Newark teenagers as well.
- August 8, 2007, North Hollywood, California.
Charged: Chalearmchai Nopthaisong, 41 was charged with kidnapping and lewd acts on a child. The victims were seven children (Police have since discovered six more victims ranging from age 4 to 8 years old.)
- August 9, 2007, Poway, California.
Jesus Mora Nava, 30 was charged with sexual assault against a 13 year old boy.
- August 14, 2007, Portsmouth, Massachusetts. Sexual Assault charges were filed again Marvin Hernandez, 27. The victim was a 14 year old girl
- August 15, 2007, Indiantown, Florida
Charged: Ruben Hernandez-Juarez, 52 was charged with battery on a child for molesting. The victim was a 6 year old boy.
- August 16, 2007, Huron, Ohio - Charged: Lucio Sanchez-Martinez The charge was gross sexual imposition of a minor, the victim was an 8 year old girl
- August 16, 2007, Bentonville, Arkansas. Daniel Lopez Bibiano, 34 was charged with attempted rape, sexual assault, and rape of five girls, aged 5, 10, 12, 13, and 15.
- August 18, 2007, Brewster, New York.
Sergio Antonio Martinez-Garza, 32 was charged with two felony counts of sexual conduct against a child. The victims were two girls ages 10 and 11
- August 18, 2007, Brewster, New York. Pedro Sagastume, 21 was charged with rape of a 13 year old girl.
- August 18, 2007, Brewster, New York. Jeremias Perez, 22, was charged with rape of a 15-year-old girl.
- August 20, 2007, Manchester, New Hampshire
Charged: Alan Hernandez, 18 was charged wtih sexual assault and criminal threatening. The victim was a 14 year old girl
- August 20, 2007, Gaston County, North Carolina. Ramon Zamora-Solano, 41 was charged with kidnapping and sexual assault. The victims were 5 and 6 year old girls
- August 20, 2007, Oregon City, Oregon - Charged: Alejandro Hernandez-Flores, 19 and Mario Alberto Flores-Estrada, 20. The charges were rape, sodomy, and sexual abuse, the victims were two girls, ages 14 and 15.
- August 21, 2007, Franklin County, Alabama - Charged: Alvaro Vargas, 38. The charges were rape and sexual abuse, the victim was an 11-year-old girl.
- August 22, 2007, Palm Bay, Florida. Charged: Dwayne Modeste, 19 was charged with rape while armed with a machete. The victims were a 13 year old girl and a 20 year old woman
- August 23, 2007, Bryan County, Oklahoma - Sought/Charged: Jose Retana – The charge was rape by instrumentation, the victim was 4 year old girl.
- August 24, 2007, Indianapolis, Indiana - Jesus Valenzuela, 19 was charged witg child molestation and burglary; the victim was a 5 year old girl.
- August 27, 2007, McAllen, Texas - Jorge Alberto Escobar was charged with aggravated kidnapping, the victim was a 5 year old girl
- August 27, 2007, Rockville, Maryland Sought/Charged: Mahumbo Kanneh, 23. Charges are rape, sexual assault, and molestation (Dismissed due to lack of interpreter!) The victims were an 18 month-old and a 7 year-old girl.
