We have created this email privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your personal information.

If you received an email message from us, it means that (a) your email address was either listed with us as someone who has expressed an interest in receiving information about border and immigration policies, or (b) you have opted in to our Activist's network.

In either event, we thank you for your interest. We understand and respect your need not to have your inbox overfilled with email which is why we limit our email to no more than one or two per month. in addition, we have developed alternative ways to provide you with information without ever intruding into your inbox. These include our syndicated blogs that you can pull down from AOL desktop,your Yahoo! homepage or newsfeeds that go directly to your RSS news reader. We use state of the art security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.

Sharing and Usage of your Personal Data

We will never sell, rent, exchange or giveaway your name or email address with anyone. The only use of any Information submitted to us shall be for the sole purpose of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information.

Do you wish to update your information or stop receiving email from us?

Each email we send out contains a copy of this privacy statement as well as buttons you can click either to update your personal profile, email address or email preferences, or to have your name removed from our files.

If you ever received unwanted, unsolicited email sent by us or purporting to be sent by us, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to ednelson@usbc.org immediately for our review.
