| U.S. is now Mexico's delivery room July 13, 2005 The latest birth records analysis by the Center for Immigration Studies confirms that America has become Mexico's delivery room. And illegal immigration, a mom-and-pop operation. Immigrant mothers, legal and illegal, accounted for almost one quarter
of the births in the United States in 2002, the highest level in this
republic's history. Nearly 10 percent of the births were to illegal alien
mothers -- 45 percent of them Mexicans. America's population explosion of foreigners was predictable. A child born here automatically is an American citizen. Neither the new Yankee nor his parents can be deported, and he can sponsor them for permanent residence upon reaching adulthood. Free health care for aliens is provided by federal and state governments and by hospital emergency rooms. Free public education and a galaxy of other social program freebies also are here for the taking by the foreign invaders. Could the Bush administration do any more to discourage family planning among intruders desperate to ensure that they never can be evicted from their new homeland? The immigrants' higher fertility rates and President Bush's impotence in defending the border will give birth to more even illegal aliens. Last updated July 19, 2005 |
